Responsibilities
Assist in job analysis and research activities while participating in SME sessions
Assist with test validation meetings and analyze the results
Capture key competency information and translate findings into documentation
Support talent program execution by tracking datasets, conducting quality checks on assessment data, and preparing accurate reports for dashboards and summaries
Assist with daily operations through test administration
Qualification
Required
Required enrollment status: Full-time (as defined by your academic institution) in a degree program at an accredited college or university
Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail
Good project management skills
Client Management skills
Data-management skills
Strong presentation skills
Preferred
Preferred Major(s): Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics
Preferred Level of Education: College graduate student
The demands associated with the normal office environment
Must be able to comply with office policy to work on-site twice per week
Light physical activity, including walking outdoors and climbing stairs
Standing and or walking for extended periods of time during proctoring sessions
