Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of trust administration, including quality checking of new account setup, annual reviews, and ongoing relationship management and accounts with governing documents
Become proficient in using the benefit payment processing system as well as assist with the distribution approval processes and maintain various excel worksheets for the trust administration department
Be knowledgeable in applying fiduciary and ERISA regulations and requirements
Meet with clients via telephone or in-person, and monitor fee schedules
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Institutional or corporate Trust experience
Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in detailed transactional tasks and provide effective service to internal partners and external clients
Understand various types of investments and strategies as well as interpret and apply policies and recommend changes
Effective communication, attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in MS Office, particularly Excel
Bachelor's degree
