Senior LevelK&K Global Talent Solutions INC. is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong application development background to lead large-scale mobile application initiatives and manage cloud migration programs from Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional programs, align technical execution with business goals, and ensure successful delivery across mobile, backend, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for mobile and web application development initiatives
Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics
Manage multiple interdependent projects across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams
Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets; proactively resolve issues
Own and manage Azure to GCP migration programs , including planning, execution, and stabilization
Coordinate with cloud architects, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams
Ensure application modernization, performance optimization, and cost efficiency on GCP
Oversee data migration, CI/CD pipeline updates, and cloud-native adoption
Provide technical oversight for mobile application development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
Collaborate with architects and engineering leads on system design and scalability
Ensure best practices in SDLC, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps
Review technical deliverables to ensure quality, security, and performance standards
Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and senior leadership
Translate business requirements into actionable technical programs
Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and offshore/onshore teams
Strong background in application development (mobile/web)
Hands-on experience managing Azure to GCP cloud migration programs
Knowledge of GCP services (Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Kubernetes, etc.)
Understanding of mobile app architectures and backend integrations
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex technical programs
Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and planning skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
Ability to bridge technical teams and business leadership
