Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional arrival and departure experience, including valet parking, recording of guest details, tee-off times, and assisting guests with information about the golf course, practice facility, and directions
Responsible for the open, close, and set up of cart storage, practice facility, and other work areas
Clean and store clubs, load/unload from vehicles, and maintain the golf cart fleet (cleaning, rotation, and maintenance)
Ensures effective radio communication with team members and management
Check in/out rental clubs and inform the Golf Shop of assignments
Monitor rental club inventory, speed of play, and VIP guest confidentiality
Greet guests at the driving range and provide professional, friendly experience
Provide information on course history, tournaments, and notable players, and perform course maintenance (divots, ball marks, bunkers, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Good knowledge of basic golf etiquette
Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
