Responsibilities
Provide operations training and Stan/Eval program support at the Squadron, Group, and/or Wing level
Maintain, manage, and update training and Stan/Eval records using PEX or similar proprietary systems
Track aircrew qualifications, certifications, currencies, and training requirements
Utilize Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint to manage training databases, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with squadron leadership, instructors, and Stan/Eval personnel to support mission execution
Ensure training and Stan/Eval documentation is accurate, current, and inspection-ready
Support audits, inspections, evaluations, and readiness reporting
Qualification
Required
Active SECRET (S) Security Clearance OR previously held a SECRET clearance that has expired (not revoked)
Minimum two (2) years of experience working with PEX or a similar proprietary training or operations management program
Minimum two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint
Minimum two (2) years of experience working in a Squadron, Group, and/or Wing training or Stan/Eval program
Minimum three (3) years of experience working in a DoD flying Squadron, Group, and/or Wing–equivalent training or Stan/Eval program
Must be a U.S. Citizen
