Workers’ Compensation SME

Responsibilities
Proven track record spearheading entire project cycles for Workers’ Compensation claims platforms, covering everything from early blueprinting and setup through rigorous validation, rollout, and extended stabilization phases
In-depth experience providing solution shaping, customization/development work, end-to-end quality assurance, production launch, and sustained post-launch enhancements
Active participation in enterprise, nonprofit, or public-sector IT initiatives, with clear evidence of building productive relationships across executive sponsors, operational staff, engineering groups, and outside suppliers to ensure unified progress and timely outcomes
Practical involvement in planning and leading user adoption programs for new IT tools, including personally authoring comprehensive guides, concise cheat sheets, procedural walkthroughs, and facilitating interactive training workshops (in-person or remote) to drive confident system usage
Demonstrated success preferred in rolling out claims-handling technology built natively on Salesforce is a huge plus
