Product Manager, Data Platform

They are seeking a Product Manager in the Chief Data & Analytics Office to lead the end-to-end product life cycle for Data/AIML products, ensuring high-quality outcomes and effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities
Incorporate project manager practices into product manager execution
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Serves as a subject matter expert on Data & AI/ML technologies and trends, providing guidance and insights to internal teams and customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Defines product requirements, create detailed specifications, and prioritize features based on customer impact and business value
Partners closely with marketing and client engagement teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area within a Product Organization
Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks; GenAI use cases (e.g., LLMs, RAG, Model Context Protocol, Agents, AI Gateway), Model Development Lifecycle (e.g., MLOps)
Proven strong experience with AWS, Snowflake, Starburst or similar D&A, data science, and cloud computing platforms
Excellent independent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
Certification in product management or related fields
