VP of Partnerships
Thera is a company focused on building a sustainable partnership engine for growth. They are seeking a Head of Partnerships to define and execute their partnership strategy, working closely with various teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

Responsibilities
You will define and execute the partnerships strategy across agencies, platforms, service providers, and strategic allies
You will source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnership agreements
You will design partnership models that scale including referral, revenue share, co sell, and embedded distribution
You will build repeatable partner onboarding, enablement, and tracking systems
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to make partnerships actually work in practice
You will own partner performance metrics and revenue impact
You will represent the company in partner meetings, events, and strategic conversations
Qualification
Required
You have built partnerships at an early stage or high growth company
You understand how partnerships turn into real revenue, not just logos
You are comfortable negotiating contracts and commercial terms
You think in systems and processes, not one off deal
You are proactive, direct, and comfortable owning outcomes
You can operate without a playbook and are excited to build one
Preferred
Experience in fintech, payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or B2B services
Experience working with agencies, accounting firms, or platform partners
Experience building partner programs from zero to one
