The Judge Group is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a global Power BI migration program for a major enterprise client in the BFSI/payments domain. This role requires strong program governance, cross‑functional leadership, and user adoption oversight while managing complex migrations across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Program Governance & Oversight
Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, risks, and KPIs
Maintain a clear and updated RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Define and track program KPIs such as:
Migration completion rates
User adoption & engagement
Report readiness metrics
Testing & validation progress
User Migration & Adoption Monitoring
Oversee end‑to‑end migration tracking across internal and external user groups
Monitor user adoption patterns, usage behavior, and onboarding effectiveness within the new Power BI platform
Identify user segments at risk of low engagement and coordinate interventions with:
Change Management
Training & Enablement
Regional Leads
Ensure migration dashboards accurately reflect real-time user status
Reporting Platform Performance & Integration Monitoring
Track and evaluate Power BI performance before and after migration, including:
Load times
Data refresh behavior
Report stability
Upstream system integrations
Maintain a continuous feedback loop with engineering and platform teams for quick issue resolution
Analyze user feedback to identify recurring themes and drive platform enhancements
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
Deliver clear, consistent communication on:
Migration plans & timelines
Progress updates & dependencies
Escalations, risks, mitigation steps
Regional expectations and end‑user guidance
Lead weekly/biweekly governance meetings across business, technical, and regional teams
Ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholder groups
Legacy Tool Decommission Planning
Develop and manage the complete decommission plan for the legacy reporting platform
Define timelines for retiring old reports and access once user migration is complete
Partner with Engineering, Compliance, and Regional Leads to ensure:
Policy adherence
Data integrity
Minimal disruption to users
Communicate decommission timelines and changes to all impacted users
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Collaborate closely with:
Engineering / Development
QA & Testing
Change Management
Training & Enablement
Regional VAP leads
Support & Operations
Ensure seamless coordination across workstreams and smooth handoff between phases
Provide direction and oversight to project managers and workstream owners

Qualification

Required

Experience in BFSI, Payments, or other regulated industries
Strong Agile program management background
Hands‑on experience with enterprise tools: ServiceNow, Workday, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint
Knowledge of digital transformation or enterprise system migrations (BI, ERP, CRM, Reporting tools)
Exposure to human capital programs, operating model changes, or global user transitions
Strong leadership and executive presence to drive outcomes in a global matrixed environment
Structured, disciplined program delivery expertise
Strong understanding of BI platforms, reporting environments, and enterprise data ecosystems
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders across regions
Excellent communication, risk management, and decision‑making skills
