Responsibilities
Project planning and tracking
Contract reporting
Staff oversight and supervision
Engage with other system owners and stakeholder to facilitate collaboration
Collaborate with other team members to enable the teams to advance all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing)
Collaborating with the team on Agile activities, including estimation, iterative planning and retrospectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading software development teams
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a NIH's Public Trust
Preferred
Experience working in NIH environment; active NIH badge is a plus
Experience managing federal contracts strongly preferred
Experience working in the biomedical research domain
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
