Responsibilities
Work with clients and caregivers to ensure all aspects of care are managed appropriately
Set up new clients through the intake process
Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure care is provided as intended and ensure customer satisfaction
Create client files and enter profiles into the EMR system
Complete client supervisory visits
Provide support in staffing and on-boarding of caregivers
Screen candidates, interview, and on-board new employees
Create personnel files and maintain employment ads
Conduct caregiver supervisory visits and work closely with scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing speed is maintained for current scheduling needs
Provide general phone support and perform entries/updates into the EMR system
Update client service plans and assist with scheduling
Help with general office tasks and maintain office cleanliness
Participate in an on-call rotation and be comfortable with after hours and weekend on-call duties
Cover caregiver shifts during office hours and after hours as needed
Qualification
Required
Full-time position Monday through Friday with some on-call rotation responsibilities
Office hours are 8:30a-4:00p but often times staying past 4:00p is necessary
Supervisory role that is primarily office based but does require occasional time spent with clients and/or caregivers in the field
Responsible for setting up new clients through the intake process
Maintain client communication ongoing to ensure care is provided as intended and customer satisfaction
Create client files, enter profiles into EMR system, and complete client supervisory visits
Provide support in staffing and on-boarding of caregivers
Screen candidates, interview, on-board new employees, create personnel files, maintain employment ads, and conduct caregiver supervisory visits
Work closely with scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing speed is maintained for current scheduling needs
General phone support, other entries/updates into EMR system, updating client service plans, assisting with scheduling, helping with general office tasks, and maintaining office cleanliness
Participate in an on-call rotation
Comfortable with after hours and weekend on-call duties
Comfortable covering caregiver shifts
Pass an extensive criminal background check as well as drug testing prior to employment
Preferred
Home healthcare experience either providing hands-on care or working in a home healthcare office setting
Experience working in a fast-paced office
Experience working in human resources
Experience with on-call responsibilities
Experience working in a supervisory role
Other medical office or healthcare related experience
CNA license and/or MA certification
