Responsibilities
Develop and/or review math instructional assets, including daily lessons, tasks, and assessments
Ensure alignment to grade-level standards and mathematical progressions
Emphasize conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and mathematical discourse
Design or review scaffolds, extensions, and intervention supports for differentiated instruction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA reviewers and content leads
Incorporate feedback as part of an iterative production and quality-review process
Support large-scale curriculum production while maintaining instructional rigor
Qualification
Required
Background in mathematics education, curriculum development, or instructional design
Experience with standards-aligned math instruction (elementary and/or secondary)
Familiarity with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for Mathematics
Strong understanding of mathematical progressions and instructional best practices
Comfort working with structured lesson formats and production templates
Ability to produce or review materials at volume without sacrificing quality
