Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform daily cash reconciliations, including first-level review, issue identification, and resolution
Prepare accruals, including journal entries and supporting account reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support intercompany accounting reviews by analyzing transactions, identifying variances, and assisting with corrections
Assist in the design, implementation, and enhancement of internal controls, particularly for future FSLI (Financial Statement Line Item) processes
Oversee the HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) loading and mapping process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards
Participate in month-end close activities and support timely and accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong experience with: Cash reconciliations
Strong experience with: Accruals and journal entries
Strong experience with: Account reconciliations
Strong experience with: Month-end close processes
Experience supporting intercompany accounting
Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) or similar consolidation/reporting tools
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
