Responsibilities
Identifier et recruter des partenaires B2B (courtiers, agents, réseaux d’indépendants, plateformes, apporteurs d’affaires) en cohérence avec la stratégie marketing
Concevoir et formaliser les dispositifs de distribution et parcours partenaires (B2B et B2B2C)
Onboarder les partenaires : formation aux offres, outils, process et argumentaires marketing
Structurer l’animation du réseau (campagnes, supports, challenges, communication B2B)
Déployer des campagnes et dispositifs marketing pour générer des leads via les partenaires
Optimiser le parcours de vente et l’expérience partenaire pour maximiser la conversion B2B2C
Mesurer et analyser la performance des dispositifs (leads, activation, conversion, ROI)
Collaborer avec la direction commerciale pour assurer le suivi des partenaires et de leur production
Assurer une veille marché et concurrence pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités B2B/B2B2C
Remonter les besoins et retours terrain pour faire évoluer les offres et outils marketing
Participer à la création de supports et argumentaires marketing adaptés aux différents segments de partenaires
Représenter le cabinet lors d’événements professionnels liés aux partenariats et à la distribution
Qualification
Required
Minimum experience: Mid-level
Passionate about growth, client relationships, and conquering new markets
Ability to identify and recruit B2B partners (brokers, agents, independent networks, platforms, business introducers) in line with marketing strategy
Ability to design and formalize distribution systems and partner journeys (B2B and B2B2C)
Experience in onboarding partners: training on offers, tools, processes, and marketing arguments
Ability to structure network animation (campaigns, supports, challenges, B2B communication)
Experience in deploying marketing campaigns and systems to generate leads through partners
Ability to optimize the sales journey and partner experience to maximize B2B2C conversion
Experience in measuring and analyzing the performance of systems (leads, activation, conversion, ROI)
Ability to collaborate with the sales management to ensure follow-up of partners and their production
Ability to conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify new B2B/B2B2C opportunities
Ability to relay needs and field feedback to evolve offers and marketing tools
Experience in creating marketing supports and arguments tailored to different partner segments
Ability to represent the firm at professional events related to partnerships and distribution
