Responsibilities
Analyze and document financial & regulatory data requirements
Perform gap analysis across strategic data sources and reporting processes
Identify data deficiencies, inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies
Partner with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology teams to validate requirements and remediation plans
Help redesign and optimize regulatory controls and reporting processes
Translate regulatory, accounting, and operational needs into clear data and reporting requirements
Support automation, process renovation, and reporting optimization initiatives
Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
Strong hands-on experience with data requirements, gap analysis, and process improvement
Deep understanding of General Ledger & finance processes
Deep understanding of Regulatory reporting (Net Capital, Customer Protection, FOCUS a plus)
Deep understanding of US GAAP / IFRS
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field
Experience supporting US regulatory requirements (multi-jurisdiction exposure is a plus)
