Responsibilities
Provide product configuration services for operations and processes to meet business needs and requirements
Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge
Develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Work without considerable direction
Mentor and supervise team members
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience performing configuration management on software systems, including COTS solutions
4+ years of experience working across cross-functional teams in agile environments
4+ years of experience working with life cycle tools
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to assess information critically, communicate priority findings to teams, and manage client and team relationships
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems and processes and National Airspace System (NAS) operations
Experience with Agile and SAFe software methodologies
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
