Responsibilities
Source candidates by both reviewing applications and actively reaching out to passive candidates
Set up and conduct phone screenings
Set up in-person or virtual department interviews and participate in those interviews as needed
Make job offers. Start new hires on their pre-employment screenings
Provide timely and professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, and company leaders
Serve as a resource for your hiring managers, coaching when necessary and driving timely candidate decisions
Track KPIs and report on KPIs as needed
Domestic travel as needed to other company sites and to community events like job fairs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably full life cycle
Excellent communication skills
Professional demeanor, focus on customer service, and high degree of confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
