Responsibilities
Facilitate strategic planning with ES leadership, aligning documentation of goals, KPIs/OKRs, and initiatives
Develop and implement a comprehensive KPI/OKR framework for operational and strategic objective tracking
Design, build, and stabilize automated dashboards and regular reports for insights across ES pillars
Support core business operations including budgeting, financial tracking, and operational reporting
Analyze and document current business processes and governance flows, identifying standardization and optimization opportunities

Program Management-Expert
Security Operations-Intermediate
Financial Management-Basic
Strategic Planning-Expert
Risk Management-Intermediate
Experience in business operations and program management within security operations, risk management, or related fields
Proven ability to build KPI/OKR frameworks and deliver automated reporting solutions
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Prior experience in security operations, emergency/crisis management, or related area is highly desirable
Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting and vendor management
