Responsibilities
Lead and manage the direct SLED sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for Health, Social Services, and Tax & Revenue sub-markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector executive decision-makers
Coach, mentor, and develop sales associates to build, cultivate, and close pipeline opportunities
Collaborate with Channel Sales to implement strategies that expand market territory
Provide accurate forecasting and revenue projections to support organizational goals
Represent TransUnion professionally in presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
15+ years of sales experience in information solutions serving the SLED market
2–5 years of proven experience managing sales teams
Demonstrated history of quota attainment and revenue growth
Proven ability to forecast and project revenue accurately
Strong ability to coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and other software tools; internet savvy
Positive, 'can-do' attitude with adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and persuasion abilities
