Scale external research calls-for-proposals and grant programs
Manage workflows including payments and legal contacts
Organize data and research proposals to support new initiatives (science repository & CRM with custom proposal management)
Support CRM build and enhance program dashboards through data analytics
Collect and report research insights and outcomes
Continuously improve program processes for efficiency and quality
Contribute to academic outreach efforts internally and externally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2–4 years of experience in business, business analytics, engineering, or program/product management
Strong organizational, communication, and data management skills
