Responsibilities
Lead creation and enhancement of data visualization tools for insights and reporting teams
Evaluate and improve existing data reporting methods for efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with data engineers to track ad performance metrics and improve data model quality
Perform deep data analysis using advanced SQL
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Promote a data-driven culture through training and data advocacy
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Analytics, or related field
3+ years of experience in Data Design & Dimensional Modeling
3+ years of experience in SQL (Advanced), Teradata, HiveQL
3+ years of experience in Hadoop (HDFS)
3+ years of experience in Power BI, Tableau
3+ years of experience in Excel (advanced spreadsheets)
Strong understanding of data modeling and design principles
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently as well as in team settings
Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality
Candidates must meet one of the following: Option 1: Bachelor's degree + 4 years of data analysis/data science experience, Option 2: Master's degree + 2 years of data analysis/data science experience, Option 3: 6 years of data analysis/data science experience
Preferred
Experience with Python (nice to have)
Background in Retail, eCommerce, Media & Advertising, or CPG is a plus
Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Strong critical thinking and business acumen
