Responsibilities
Source candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems to find and attract potential candidates
Screen resumes. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified applicants who meet the job requirements
Conduct assessments. Arrange assessments or interview questions to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for various roles
Coordinate interviews. Organize in-person and virtual interviews with hiring managers and ensure candidates have a seamless interview experience
Collaborate with hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align on hiring strategies
Build candidate pipeline. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates to ensure quick fulfillment of future staffing needs
Support employer branding by promoting the company culture and values across social media and recruitment channels
Track recruitment metrics. Measure and analyze recruitment process metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve processes
Manage onboarding. Support new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Paylocity, Bullhorn, and Craigslist) and Microsoft Excel to manage and track recruitment data
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with potential candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment initiatives and maintain a streamlined hiring process
Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms to source candidates
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and provide an exceptional candidate experience
Ability to measure and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Familiarity with employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive workplace
