Responsibilities
Generate and distribute daily facility grids
Troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain and update provider allocations per facility
Ensure data accuracy for real-time reporting
Optimize the grid creation process to improve efficiency and usability
Generate and deliver weekly reports for each department every Friday
Maintain, update, and refine reporting as needed
Provide concise summaries of key findings and trends
Perform month-end reporting, including: Facility and provider performance summaries, Cardiology evaluation metrics, Clinical Staff Reports, Company-wide dashboard updates, Facility and provider bonus reporting, Cardiology evaluation bonus calculations
Assist in building and maintaining the Panopoly centralized data warehouse
Collaborate with third-party consultants as needed for system enhancements
Maintain and optimize the company-wide performance dashboard
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical operations, reporting, or a related field
Strong familiarity with EMR systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
High attention to data accuracy and detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with providers, clinic leadership, and cross-functional teams
Preferred
eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, or database systems preferred
