Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies, staffing requirements, equipment maintenance, safety standards, and efficient operational flow
Manage site‑level P&L performance, revenue controls, reconciliations, billing, and accounts receivable; implement strategies to minimize revenue loss, shrinkage, and operational inefficiencies
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, quality control reviews, and partnership on technology, equipment, and revenue‑enhancement initiatives
Recruit, hire, train, and retain a diverse, customer‑focused workforce; promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, accountability, and high service standards
Establish short‑ and mid‑term goals, develop marketing and operating strategies, conduct cost/benefit analyses, monitor performance metrics, and implement best practices to drive service and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Experience in operations or site management within a facility, parking ‑related environment, including oversight of multiple locations or contracts
Proven leadership experience managing, scheduling, recruiting, and developing diverse frontline and supervisory teams while maintaining strong service and safety standards
Strong financial acumen, including experience reviewing site‑level P&L statements, managing revenue controls, billing, accounts receivable, and minimizing loss, theft, or shrinkage
