Territory Sales Manager- Upper Midwest (IL, IN, MI, MN, WI)
Baden Sports is a company dedicated to creating world-class sporting goods and building the future of sports. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Midwest by building strong partnerships within the sports community.

Responsibilities
Grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Midwest territory
Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners
Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools and youth sports organizations
Travel throughout the territory (2–3 trips per month, seasonally driven)
Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events
Track market trends and competitor activity
Submit bi-weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records
Qualification
Required
Reside within designated territory
Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently
High energy, motivated, and comfortable multitasking
Willingness to travel frequently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred
Outside sales experience preferred
