Lead the development and deployment of advanced data science solutions, leveraging machine learning and automation to address complex business challenges
Translate business requirements into data strategies and analytical models that drive measurable impact and align with organizational goals
Oversee code development, testing, and validation to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable data products
Guide data source identification, quality assessment, and integration to support accurate and actionable insights
Mentor and develop data science teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate findings and influence data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 6 years' experience in an analytics related field
Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field
8 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java, with strong coding and testing capabilities
Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy scalable models, ensuring ongoing model validation and lifecycle management
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals
Expertise in data strategy, data quality assessment, and identifying appropriate data sources for business needs
Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve business outcomes
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
Preferred
Data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
Supervisory experience
Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
