Legal Administrative Assistant

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join an international, AmLaw 200 law firm in Frisco. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting two real estate attorneys and two estate planning attorneys, while also providing backup support to litigation attorneys.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support including drafting, editing, redlining, and proofreading legal documents
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and arrange conference logistics
Assist with client intake, engagement letters, and liaise with internal teams for conflict checks
Handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and emails
Support billing processes including time entry, invoice preparation, and expense tracking
Maintain electronic and paper files in compliance with firm policies
Collaborate with other legal support staff and provide backup assistance as needed

Required

Minimum of 3 years of legal administrative experience; estate planning, real estate, and/or litigation
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and iManage
Experience with timekeeping and billing software
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
