Responsibilities

Maintain the operational health, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure and customer-facing deployments
Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution of platform issues
Collaborate closely with Software Engineering and Platform DevOps teams to diagnose root causes and implement long-term fixes
Support deployment processes, environment configurations, and release activities across multiple cloud environments
Improve observability through better monitoring, alerting, and logging practices
Assist in documenting operational procedures and enhancing system reliability through continuous improvements
Provide responsive technical support to internal teams and key customers when escalations occur

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
2–4 years of experience in support engineering, cloud operations, or site reliability
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including common operational services
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)
Experience troubleshooting Linux-based systems, containers (Docker), and basic networking issues
Strong understanding of production readiness, SLAs, and incident management workflows
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and DevOps teams

Preferred

Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
Exposure to customer-facing support or onboarding activities
Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation of operational tasks
