Reading & Language Arts (RLA) Content Specialist
Wisewire is seeking Reading & Language Arts Content Specialists to contribute to the development and review of classroom-ready literacy instructional materials. This role supports standards-aligned curriculum initiatives focused on evidence-based literacy practices and high-quality daily instruction.

Responsibilities
Develop and/or review RLA instructional materials, including daily lessons, student tasks, and assessments
Ensure alignment to grade-level standards, learning objectives, and instructional best practices
Apply evidence-based literacy strategies (e.g., comprehension, vocabulary development, writing, language acquisition)
Support differentiated instruction through scaffolds, extensions, and targeted supports
Collaborate with production teams, QA reviewers, and subject-matter leads
Revise materials based on rubric-based feedback and quality standards
Contribute to large-scale curriculum production while maintaining instructional integrity
Qualification
Required
Background in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA) education, curriculum development, or instructional design
Experience with standards-aligned literacy instruction (elementary and/or secondary)
Familiarity with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) for English Language Arts & Reading
Familiarity with structured daily lesson design and classroom-ready materials
Ability to work at scale while maintaining clarity, consistency, and quality
Preferred
Prior experience producing or reviewing curriculum for formal instructional use
