Responsibilities
Assist OGC attorneys on a portfolio of issues in capital markets regulation, litigation, and banking, corporate, and tax law
Collaborate with OGC attorneys on comment letters to proposed rules and meetings with lawmakers and regulators
Undertake legal research and writing projects to apply substantive legal knowledge to real world situations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a JD and/or LLM degree with strong academic record
Interest in the financial industry and related laws/regulations
Excellent clerical, organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a professional demeanor
Shows work effectiveness, persistency, and commitment
