Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated PeopleSoft GL Functional Analyst to support our client in Richmond, VA. The role involves triaging help desk tickets, coordinating with development teams, and providing end-user support while ensuring effective documentation and testing processes.

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve Tier 2 help desk tickets

Design and document fixes/enhancements

Coordinate with Tier 3 development team

Perform regression/system testing

Provide end-user support and update training documentation

Report status to team lead regularly

Qualification

PeopleSoft GL experiencePUM upgradesSQL proficiencyGL business processesPeopleTools familiarityYear-End Close experienceTroubleshooting supportNVision ReportingPeopleSoft InsightsUpdating training materials

Required

5+ years functional PeopleSoft GL experience (v9.2)

Experience with PUM upgrades

SQL/query writing proficiency

Familiarity with PeopleTools

Strong understanding of GL business processes: journals, period close, chartfields, budget journals

Troubleshooting and Tier 2 support experience

Experience in Year-End Close and Audit Readiness (especially for Public Sector)

Ability to come onsite in Richmond, VA (Onsite 3-days per week)

Preferred

nVision Reporting experience

PeopleSoft Insights familiarity

Experience updating training materials/job aids
