Global Marketing Executive\- Growth Markets (remote in Thailand)
Profitroom is a global leader in hospitality software, empowering hotels through innovative technology. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive to support growth markets across APAC, MENA, Nordics, and Spain, focusing on marketing functions such as Events, Campaigns, Content, and Partnerships.

Responsibilities
Supporting marketing strategies and plans across Growth Markets (APAC, MENA, Nordics, Spain), with primary focus on Events, Campaigns, Content, and Partnerships
Creating and implementing content marketing activities including blogs, online and offline marketing collateral
Developing and executing monthly market-specific newsletters
Adapting and localizing content for regional markets, considering cultural nuances and local platforms
Creating marketing graphics and collateral using Canva for multiple channels
Managing social media content creation across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
Supporting event execution including promotional materials and follow-up campaigns
Developing written case studies and gathering customer testimonials
Campaign performance tracking and reporting in collaboration with Marketing Manager
Liaison with marketing suppliers and consultants
Market research and competitor analysis
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (online & offline)
Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles
Hands-on experience with email marketing and newsletters
Professional proficiency in English
Strong content creation skills (Canva; basic Adobe tools such as Express, Photoshop or Premiere)
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Experience with email marketing, marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)
CMS experience and good understanding of SEO, SEA and SGE
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
Basic video coordination and editing skills
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
Understanding of regional digital marketing landscapes (local platforms, OTAs, payment methods)
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across markets and time zones
Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong sense of ownership
Creative, results-driven mindset with a focus on efficient execution
Cultural awareness and flexibility when working with international teams
Preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus
Additional language proficiency desirable: Arabic, Spanish, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Vietnamese
