Responsibilities
Customize and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, organizing and segmenting 25,000+ contacts into strategic, accessible groups
Export and prepare targeted contact lists for leadership use in outreach, events, and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with IT, Data Security, and Student Organizations to develop automations that streamline contact imports and reduce manual data entry
Use Excel, Power Query, and other analytical tools to clean, organize, and analyze complex datasets
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable technical solutions
Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites showcasing Healthcare Leadership programs
Manage event technology logistics including Zoom calls, virtual events, and campus meeting technology
Provide responsive troubleshooting and proactive technical support to staff and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
Bachelor's degree in any field
One year of experience in database design and management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
Two years of experience in data management
Experience with data automation and integration projects
Track record of identifying process improvements and implementing scalable solutions
