Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to legal staff and management
Prepare, format, proofread, and process correspondence and legal documents
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with federal procedures
Track documents, records, and case-related materials
Assist with records management and document control
Support data entry, spreadsheets, and basic database tracking
Answer phones, route calls, and assist visitors as needed
Schedule meetings and assist with meeting materials
Assist with scanning, copying, organizing, and archiving documents
Follow established procedures for handling sensitive and confidential information
Support ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in administrative, clerical, office support, or legal support roles (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to follow procedures and work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
