HRIS Analyst III

Responsibilities
Direct configuration changes within assigned functional area, which includes gaining appropriate stakeholder buy-in and educating stakeholders where needed
Provide technical/functional area specific support to internal self-service users and HRIS team with Workday questions and issues
Ensure appropriate work instructions and training materials are up to date following any system configuration changes or Workday releases
Responsible for looking into system risks and issues (within functional area), assigning priority to risks and issues, and determining path forward
Maintaining status of projects and reporting project updates to the HRIS team or other stakeholders as applicable
Oversee and support testing for new functionality in preparation for Workday releases and other system changes
Lead change management and training activities, including developing communications, training material and internal demonstrations
Responsible for maintaining appropriate system security access
Identify areas of opportunity and potential solutions, based on feedback from HRIS team, internal stakeholders and organization initiatives
Build reports based on organization needs and customer requests, utilizing customer requirements list as available
Maintain data integrity by running reports, analyzing data and updating the system, as needed
Provide internal customer support by pulling and analyzing data to answer questions or suggest process improvements
Continuously develop knowledge of HRIS applications/tools to support Gentex business processes and culture

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or related field
Experience working with executive leadership teams
Experience building reports and developing data analytics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have a current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
1-3 years of relevant HRIS/Workday experience preferred
Experience with change management and project management processes
Experience working with international teams
