Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software using Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio (C#), and embedded C++
Own key software architecture decisions and ensure alignment with system requirements
Enhance and support legacy software used in automated test equipment
Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, project managers, and product teams
Troubleshoot complex software and system-level issues
Mentor and guide developers through technical leadership and code reviews
Contribute as a subject matter expert in core technologies
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong experience with .NET / C#, Visual Studio, and maintaining embedded C++ code
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working independently while leading within a team
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to Commute: Kansas City, MO 64130 (Required)
Preferred
Familiarity with ANSI C, WPF, SQL, or test systems is a plus
