Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
W3Global is seeking a full-time, experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume caseload from pre-suit through trial, working closely with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities
Manage plaintiff-side litigation files from filing through resolution
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence, and exhibits; ensure proper formatting and proofreading
Prepare and respond to discovery, including medical records, bills, and damages documentation
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit lists, trial binders, subpoenas, and witness coordination
Track and calendar litigation deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court dates
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure accuracy in the case management system
Collaborate with attorneys to efficiently move cases toward resolution or trial
Qualification
Required
Minimum three (3) years of litigation experience, preferably plaintiff-side
Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and plaintiff workflows
Experience with medical records, billing, liens, and damages documentation
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines consistently
Ability to multitask and work independently in a high-volume environment
Professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience with case management systems is preferred
Paralegal Certification and/or Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent experience)
