Responsibilities
Build and maintain workforce, hiring, compensation, and analytics to inform business decisions
Analyze trends in attrition, performance, engagement, and hiring velocity
Develop dashboards, models, and executive-level insights
Support major people initiatives such as workforce planning, diversity strategy, compensation benchmarking, and organizational design
Partner with Finance, Talent, and Business Leaders to connect people data to business performance
Help design and improve Human Capital processes using data, technology, and continuous improvement methods
Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership
Qualification
Required
MBA completed within the last 0–2 years (Human Resources, Strategy, Analytics, or similar concentration preferred)
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Ability to translate data into clear business insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in building a long-term career in Human Capital leadership
Preferred
Experience with HRIS, ATS, or workforce planning tools
Background in consulting, finance, analytics, or operations
Exposure to compensation analytics, or organizational design
Global or multi-country experience
