Responsibilities
Lead large-scale, cross-functional continuous improvement projects from Definition to Control phases
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, including data analysis and process mapping to redesign and improve current processes
Create and execute plans to manage the people side of change, including communication, stakeholder management, training, and team member adoption
Partner with leaders and employees to gather feedback, build buy-in, and ensure improvements meet business needs
Define metrics, track progress, and report on the impact of initiatives to the organization, ensuring sustainable change
Train, mentor, and coach team members in process improvement and change management methodologies
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability for success
Maintain strict compliance with Shamrock's policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations
Performs other assigned tasks, as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years leading cross-functional process improvement, design, reengineering and transformation projects from define through Control phases and continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of successful change management and large-scale project delivery
Strong ability in data analysis and process mapping to diagnose issues
Guiding teams, mentoring team members, and influencing senior leaders
Clearly articulating vision, plans, and results across all levels
Must be flexible to work the demands of the department which are subject to evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Prosci ADKAR, GE Change Acceleration, or similar change management methodology certification preferred
Practical experience supporting Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Finance and Accounting preferred
