Responsibilities
Deliver direct technical support to clients, addressing issues promptly and effectively from quick fixes to in-depth troubleshooting
Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and work alongside Account Management to recommend tailored technology solutions
Maintain a thorough understanding of client technologies and continuously develop skills to support new services and products
Support business growth by identifying and assisting in the acquisition of new clients
Partner with the Service Delivery Lead and team members to ensure a smooth and consistent client experience
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal documentation to enhance service delivery processes
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service orientation with excellent troubleshooting and organizational abilities
Proficiency in supporting multiple versions of Windows operating systems
Experience with cloud-based storage platforms and applications
Skilled in diagnosing and maintaining desktop hardware and software
Proficient in TCP/IP networking and internet connectivity support
Solid understanding of network security best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
Physically able to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting
Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to travel to client sites; valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
