They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist in providing financial projections and analyses supporting the company’s acquisition, planning, budgeting, financing, and accounting activities.

Responsibilities
Underwriting/due diligence/modeling of new acquisitions
Market research and feasibility analysis
Acquiring and analyzing information on cost to complete, off-site and development requirements, ownership and legal records, zoning, traffic, permitting regulations, comparable sales, demographics, product mix analysis and the like
Work with Managing Principals, SVPs and Senior Management to establish pricing, structure deal terms and to prepare and execute LOIs
Oversee preparation of overview and investment presentations
Maintain and foster relationships with land owners, brokers, engineers, builders and developers
Prepare and maintain project business plans on select owed projects
Perform financial analyses to aid in decision making
Perform quarterly variance analyses and reprojections
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, accounting or finance
Proficiency in financial modeling
Advance Microsoft Excel skills
Strong research, writing, problem solving and analytical capacities
Ability to travel
Look for candidates with more of real estate finance/acquisitions background
Acquisitions experience including financial underwriting, market analyses, and other due diligence
Preferred
Master's degree in real estate, business, accounting or finance
