We are currently seeking a field maintenance tech to perform hands-on maintenance and small repairs while coordinating with Field Operation Managers.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with Field Operation Managers to complete projects and work orders efficiently
Performing hands-on maintenance and small repairs
Communication with homeowners, including meeting on work sites as needed
Perform minor electrical maintenance (that do not require a license)
Perform minor interior and exterior painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g., preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks, and handles, etc
Perform drywall repairs
Performs minor plumbing maintenance that do not require a license
Performs minor painting, carpentry (e.g., preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.)
Roofing Experience preferred
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Common area maintenance and daytime emergency janitorial duties
Qualification
Required

Construction background and property management experience a plus
