Responsibilities
Organize assigned activities across applications, teams, and/or projects; manage dependencies within the scope of assigned release components
Collaborate with team members to ensure release execution adheres to the plan and timeline
Maintain release documentation and archives; stay informed about future IT maintenance activities
Partner with team members to understand the release plan and assigned components, ensuring adherence to release and change management processes, policies, and procedures
Conduct and participate in post-release reviews to evaluate process effectiveness; lead post-release reviews with guidance and implement process improvements
Communicate information related to assigned release components to internal teams and, when necessary, external sponsors
Track progress and report updates to internal teams and external sponsors as needed, ensuring documentation accuracy
Source and coordinate assigned resources throughout various release components; recommend additional resource needs as required
Collaborate with vendors and/or customers during task and activity execution
Build and analyze supporting materials for assigned initiatives, sharing and applying findings to related components
Incorporate security and compliance in all decisions and daily responsibilities, adhering to security policies and procedures
Maintain established service level agreements to manage customer expectations and quality standards
Assist with task automation and process improvements as directed
Qualification
Required
5-10 years' experience in IT release management, including application and infrastructure-related activities
Strong organizational and dependency management skills
Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and archives
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external sponsors, vendors, and customers
Knowledge of release and change management processes, policies, and procedures
Strong communication and reporting skills
Experience in process improvement and task automation
