Responsibilities
Define and evolve the platform and DevOps reference architecture supporting AI-enabled and digital solutions
Establish golden paths for build, test, deploy, operate, and observe across environments
Design and govern CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and environment promotion models
Enable secure, repeatable delivery for AI services and agent-based workloads, including deployment, authentication, observability, and control boundaries
Partner with Security and Enterprise Architecture to translate policy into automated delivery and runtime controls
Ensure auditability, traceability, reliability, and observability are embedded into platform design
Provide architectural guidance through design reviews and cross-team collaboration
Identify delivery bottlenecks and evolve platform capabilities as AI and agentic patterns mature
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field plus at least 10 years of experience in DevOps, platform architecture, or large-scale distributed systems, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Proven experience designing and governing enterprise DevOps or delivery platforms
Strong knowledge of: CI/CD and deployment architectures
Strong knowledge of: Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of: Cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
Strong knowledge of: Observability, telemetry, and reliability practices
Experience supporting AI-enabled systems in production environments
Ability to operate at an architect level, defining standards, patterns, and reference designs
Preferred
Experience with AI platform delivery, AIOps, or AgentOps concepts
Familiarity with autonomous systems governance or runtime controls
Experience operating in large, federated enterprises
Master's degree preferred
