Responsibilities
Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
Lead, train, and develop the AP team
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and company policies
Oversee vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end close and reporting related to AP
Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
Partner with accounting, finance, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of accounts payable experience, including people management
Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and best practices
Proficiency with ERP or accounting systems and strong Excel skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and confident leading a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in mid-size to large organizations preferred
