Responsibilities
Design the overall enterprise data framework, including data models, databases, warehouses, lakes, and pipelines, aligning with business objectives
Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, procedures, and processes for data quality, security, privacy, and lifecycle management
Create logical and physical data models, define data structures, and design databases and data integration strategies
Oversee data profiling, quality assessments, metadata management (catalogs, dictionaries), and lineage tracking
Implement security measures, access controls, and ensure adherence to regulations
Work with stakeholders (engineers, analysts, business units) to translate needs into technical requirements and solutions
Evaluate and recommend data management tools and technologies (cloud platforms, databases, governance tools)
Qualification
Required
Must have at least 5 years of experience in data governance frameworks, data modeling, and enterprise architecture
TS/SCI security clearance
Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments
