Senior Vessel Designer
TalentGlide is a company seeking a Senior Vessel Designer to lead the mechanical design and engineering of pressure vessels and related equipment. The role involves conducting detailed engineering analysis and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Lead the mechanical design and engineering of pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, and storage tanks specific to gas lift equipment, ESP housings, surface separation vessels, etc
Conduct detailed engineering analysis and calculations, including mechanical, thermal, and structural analysis, stress analysis (using FEA software), and life assessments to ensure vessel integrity and safety under various operating conditions
Ensure all designs comply with relevant national and international codes and standards, particularly ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) Sections VIII (Div 1 & 2), API standards (API 650/620), and NBIC regulations
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, data sheets, and documentation. Review and approve vendor drawings, calculations, and design modifications
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and field operations, to ensure design intent is met, improve constructability, and resolve technical issues
Qualification
