Payroll Accountant
AccruePartners is a privately held, multi-state construction services organization entering a high-growth phase. They are seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage multi-state payroll operations, support leadership, and ensure compliance and reporting stability as the organization scales.

Responsibilities
Ownership of multi-state payroll operations for hourly and salaried employees
Key partner to managers and field leaders driving consistent timekeeping, approvals, and compliance
Critical contributor to reporting and process stability as the organization continues to scale
Qualification
Required
Proven experience owning multi-state W-2 payroll in a growing environment
Strong working knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, garnishments, and reimbursements
Experience with modern payroll platforms (ADP, Paychex, UKG, Kronos, or similar)
Organized, accountable operator comfortable working independently and partnering cross-functional
