Responsibilities
Execute full-cycle recruiting, collaborating closely with hiring managers
Develop and implement effective, data-driven sourcing strategies using multiple channels and tools, including ATS
Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies for each requisition
Organize candidate interviews in person or through Zoom/Teams
Ensure job postings, careers page, and social media outlets are up to date and attract candidates that are reflective of our culture and values
Connect with potential candidates through friendly outreach, engaging conversations, online research, and industry events
Advise on hiring strategies that fuel progression and retention
Conduct labor market and sourcing channel analysis to inform recruitment plans and align with HR strategy
Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in a law firm environment
Has strong customer service experience, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry
Excellent communication skills and extremely organized
Ability to work independently, with little supervision, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical skills (Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to multi-task
Quick, efficient and excellent attention to detail
