Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and associates to achieve operational excellence
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and enhance productivity
Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping/receiving, housekeeping and facility maintenance
Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, and labor productivity
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate operational performance to leadership and stakeholders
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, IT, and customer service, to optimize end-to-end processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction
Work closely with engineering and technology teams to leverage automation and innovation for process optimization and scalability
Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to support business growth and expansion
Execute operational strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Proactively anticipate and address operational challenges, risks, and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
Proven leadership experience (5 years) in fulfilment center operations management, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others to achieve goals
Excellent analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
High degree of proficiency in utilizing operational tools and software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, BI tools)
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
GMP/FDA experience helpful
